Boshkung Lake Summer Sizzle 2025

Summer Sizzle 2025 - Same place, food and music with even more sizzle!

The second annual Boshkung Lake Summer Sizzle will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 5-10pm, under the outdoor pagoda behind the Stanhope Firefighters Hall (inside the hall if it is raining). The event is for grandparents, grandkids and everyone in between to celebrate summer, enjoy good food & music, chat with old friends and meet new neighbours across the lake.

Once again, Mike and his team from Boshkung Smokehouse & Craft Beer will serve up a barbeque feast including beer brined smoked chicken and brisket, smoked for 24 hours over red cherry wood. Veggie lovers will enjoy a stir fry cooked over an open fire grill and there will no shortage of different salads to pile on everyone’s plates before the yummy apple crisp for dessert. And of course, the bar will be stocked with their signature craft beer, ciders, wine, non-alcoholic beer and soft drinks.

Gary & The Rough Ideas are coming back to entertain the crowd with favourite tunes from the 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond. No doubt the dance floor will be full of both adults and kids enjoying the music and having a great time.

Tickets are now on sale (link below) and include dinner. Adults $30, Kids 6-12 $15 and Kids 5 & Under Free. Tickets will not be available at the door. Online ticket sales only. Space is limited so please buy your tickets early.
